How a memory Stick is sent to you and how to return it.
USB Memory Stick Postal Wallets
We send out recordings of the local news on memory sticks which come to you in yellow postal wallets with Velcro closures. There is a clear plastic pocket on the wallet containing the address label.
When the memory stick is finished with, will you please:-
- swivel the cover of the memory stick back over so it covers the plug
- remove the address label from the pocket on the wallet and put it inside the wallet together with the memory stick, as our return address is visible once the address label has been removed. Or you can turn the label over and put it back in the pocket as our address can also be seen that way
- press the open ends of the wallet together to ensure that it is properly closed
- put the wallet in any postbox for collection by Royal Mail
NO POSTAGE IS PAYABLE
Please try to return the wallet as soon as you can. Each listener only has three yellow wallets and if they are all out with you we can’t send you any more memory sticks.
In addition to the yellow wallets, a magazine memory stick is sent out in an orange wallet several times a year. This memory stick can be kept a little longer before returning it, but remember each listener only has one magazine wallet.
If you expect to be away for a short time, we can pause the service. Just put a note inside a returning wallet telling us the start and finish dates of the pause period. You can also use this method to tell us if there is something wrong with the name or address we are using for you.
If you have any problems with the delivery of the wallets or no longer wish to receive them, please email us at sbtnainfo@gmail.com stating your name and contact details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
